Special courses are training courses not on the Rockwell Collins Services course schedule. These courses are designed and developed to meet single or limited customer requirements and may be held at a customer or Rockwell Collins site. Due to long-range commitments on regularly scheduled courses, special courses may require up to four months to arrange and schedule. Providing the following information will allow our Technical Operations Department to meet your needs at the lowest possible cost.

• Equipment to be Covered (include equipment type/part number)
• Level of Training Required
• Possible Course Dates
• Number of Students
• Student's Technical Background
• Special Consideration (interpreters, etc)
