Service Centers
Rockwell Collins Service Centers are strategically located throughout the world to provide maintenance on our equipment, both in and out of warranty. Overhaul and repair service can also be obtained at each location. As new products are introduced, service center capabilities are continually updated to support them. Located within each Service Center is a dedicated Customer Service Representative, available to answer questions or address problems.
 
Rockwell Collins Service Centers are all licensed or approved by the appropriate agency within the country they are located and for the countries they serve. Generally, all are FAA and/or JAA licensed or approved. Most recently, the Rockwell Collins Service Centers received ISO 9002 certification.

Global Service Solutions
Advanced In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems with unprecedented performance and variety require thorough, reliable support. Rockwell Collins maintains the world's largest IFE service support network with more than 400 trained service personnel at Service Bases throughout the world. Rockwell Collins Services is strategically positioned to provide premiere service and support to our airline customers.

On-Board Services
On-board support is available for a variety of products including cabin management, standard and interactive video, audio and in-flight telephone systems. Our FAA and JAA certified technicians are qualified to support Rockwell Collins and non-Rockwell Collins IFE systems with industry leading reliability and responsiveness.
