In support of the U.S. Coast Guard's Deepwater program, Rockwell Collins was selected by EADS/CASA to provide the avionics system for the CN-235-300M aircraft.  Deepwater is a multi-year program to modernize the Coast Guard's ships and aircraft fleets and improve logistics and command and control systems.  The avionics system for the CN-235-300M incorporates Rockwell Collins' proven open architecture solution and is designed to accommodate future growth and technology. The CN-235-300M's avionics system includes four of Rockwell Collins' 6- x 8-inch active matrix liquid crystal multi-function displays and a complete suite of communication, navigation and surveillance systems to meet evolving air traffic management and maritime patrol mission requirements.
