Rockwell Collins has expanded our Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities to include a new family of Communications Intelligence
(COMINT) tools that provide front-line operators with software configurable, open architecture solutions. Our Communications
Intelligence Information Systems (CIIS) offerings support exploitation of the wireless environment, with special focus on
commercial wireless systems, such as satellite phones, Personal Communication System (PCS), cellular and WiFi networks. The
CIIS products are scalable to support specific mission needs, including threat warning, tactical intelligence gathering and
broad area/multi platform collection management.
WiX Wireless Exploitation (WiX) provides automatic, real-time communications intelligence information to deployed forces. This
sever-based COMINT system intercepts and analyzes all modern wireless communications transmissions. WiX supports non-technical
SIGINT operators by automatically adapting to the signals environment and identifying, characterizing and locating signals
of interest. The system automatically optimizes the application of available collection assets to perform threat analysis
and signals exploitation in real-time.
DragNet DragNet is a network-based application of the WiX COMINT system for use in wide area and over the horizon (OTH) operations,
as well as supporting team collection roles. It provides dynamic resource management and optimizes available collection assets.
DragNet presents operators with a Common Relevant Operational Picture for real-time situational awareness via internet or
intranet connectivity.
Lariat Lariat is a single use software development kit for DragNet. It provides the source code necessary to support integration
of DragNet functionality into more comprehensive collection and exploitation systems.
CipherLock CipherLock is the analyst workstation version of the software that provides pre-mission planning and post-mission analysis
for WiX and DragNet collected data.
