Rockwell Collins warrants that its TV system will perform to published specifications, and will make every effort under the terms of the Tailwind warranty to repair or modify its equipment if found not to be working. However, Rockwell Collins cannot guarantee that programming content provided by independent satellite service providers (e.g. DIRECTV, TPS, Showtime in the Middle East, etc.) will always be available for viewing.
