Air China inks maintenance contract with Rockwell Collins
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (October 27, 2005) - Air China has signed an exclusive three-year firm fixed labor repair agreement with Collins Aviation Maintenance Services
Shanghai Limited (CAMSS), a joint venture between Rockwell Collins and China Eastern Airlines.

said Rockwell Collins Services Senior Vice President and General Manager Kent Statler. "Three years ago we established CAMSS
to offer full repair and maintenance services for commercial air transport avionics and in-flight entertainment (IFE) equipment
throughout China. Those capabilities are now being recognized by leading airlines in the region for the value they provide."
Under the terms of the agreement, CAMSS will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for avionics and IFE equipment.
Air China, the national airline, will be channeling work of all the airlines under its umbrella via this agreement.
