Flight Options Signs Dispatch -100SM Contract With Rockwell Collins Aviation Services

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (September 06, 2001) - Rockwell Collins Aviation Services (CAS) has signed a Dispatch 100SM contract with Flight Options, Inc. The contract provides service and support for Collins avionics on the fractional operator’s fleet of 88 business aircraft.

Under the 5-year agreement, Collins Aviation Services will provide spares ownership at multiple bases, logistics management, maintenance repair and support under a single per flight hour price.

Dispatch 100 service combines guaranteed availability with spares ownership and exceptional on-wing performance. CAS’ total life cycle solution includes spares management, distribution, component repair and overhaul, and component reliability improvements. Dispatch 100 customers realize assured dispatchability and revenue savings through this easy-to-use program, with a single point of contact and one monthly flight hour-based invoice.

Flight Options, Inc. began its pre-owned fractional program in October 1998 and announced its 700th customer in June 2001.
