Rockwell Collins Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (July 21, 2003) - The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share on its common stock, payable Sept. 2, 2003 to shareowners of record at the close of business on Aug. 11, 2003.
