Rockwell Collins Appoints David H. Brehm Vice President, Investor Relations

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (August 08, 2001) - Rockwell Collins has appointed David H. Brehm vice president, Investor Relations. Brehm’s responsibilities include assisting the investment community in understanding and assessing the Rockwell Collins business.

Prior to his appointment, Brehm served as Chief Financial Officer of In-Flight Network. Brehm joined Rockwell International in 1988 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including assistant treasurer - domestic operations, director of international treasury operations and director of investor relations & special projects. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior audit manager for Coopers & Lybrand.

Brehm earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from State University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), the New York State Society of CPAs and the Pennsylvania State Society of CPAs. He has also served as the past president of the Institute of Management Accountants for the Pittsburgh Chapter.
